Public Interest Status

What is a tax receipt?

Tax receipt is an official document issued by an association recognized as being of general interest or public utility. It certifies that you have made a donation and indicates the amount. This receipt allows you to benefit from a tax reduction in France.

For individuals, the tax reduction generally amounts to 66% of the donation, up to a limit of 20% of taxable income.

For companies (subject to corporate tax or income tax), donations entitle them to a tax reduction of 60% of the donation amount, within a limit of 0.5% of their annual turnover excluding VAT.
